Formoar ("Formoar," "we," "us," or "our") provides a form backend service (the "Service") that allows users to create form endpoints and receive submissions via email and a web dashboard.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to collect data in violation of applicable privacy laws, send spam, or engage in any activity that could harm the Service or other users.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Formoar cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

Data Retention

Form submissions are retained according to your plan tier. Free plan submissions are retained for 30 days. Starter plan submissions are retained for 90 days. Pro plan submissions are retained for 1 year. Business plan submissions are retained indefinitely.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

Formoar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
